How we work, start to finish, and where AI fits in.

We look at the whole picture before we recommend anything, build only what the research supports, and report every month on the thing that matters most: enquiries.

We work in eight stages: understand the business, audit what exists, research your customers and market, set priorities, do the work, track it, test and improve it, and report every month. We look at how you win customers as a whole before recommending a channel, and we use AI inside the work for research, analysis and drafting, with a person making every decision.

Eight stages, in this order on purpose

01

Discovery

What you sell, who buys it, what a good customer is worth and what you’ve already tried.

You get: a shared, written-down idea of what success looks like.

02

Audit what exists

Your website, search visibility, ads, social media, tracking and how enquiries are handled today.

You get: an honest view of what’s working and what to fix before spending more.

03

Customer and market research

Your best customers, what they search for, and which other companies look like them.

You get: a clear picture of who to reach and where they are.

04

Strategy and priorities

Which channels, in which order, for your budget. Not every business needs every channel.

You get: a plan that says what happens first, and why.

05

Implementation

The website, search, ads, social media or outreach that the plan calls for.

06

Tracking and measurement

Analytics, conversion and call tracking, and your CRM where possible, set up before money is spent.

You get: tracking that shows where each enquiry came from.

07

Testing and improvement

Messages, audiences, pages and offers tested; what works gets more budget, and what doesn’t gets changed.

08

Reporting

A report every month that starts with enquiries, then explains what produced them.

You get: a monthly report, in plain English.

Why we look at the whole system first

Most marketing problems aren’t where they first appear. More ad spend won’t fix a website that doesn’t convert, and a better website won’t help if nobody visits it.

The weakest link sets the result.

An enquiry has to be found, clicked, convinced and answered. We find the step that’s failing before spending money on the others.

Not every business needs every channel.

If your buyers never search, SEO can wait. If they’re a known set of companies, outbound may come first. The plan follows your market, not our service list.

Sometimes the answer is to spend less.

If tracking is broken or enquiries go unanswered, more advertising just costs more. We’ll say so, even when it means recommending a smaller budget for now.

Recommendations come from evidence.

Search data, competitor research, your analytics, campaign results and market research, not habit or guesswork.

We’re also plain about where we don’t have proof yet. We publish a client’s figures only once they’ve been checked against the data behind them and the client has agreed to share them, so for now our client work is shown as method and price.

How we use AI, and where we don’t

If you searched for an AI marketing agency, here’s the honest version: we don’t sell AI as a service. We use it inside the work, where it makes the work better, and a person checks everything it touches.

Research

Researching companies, markets and competitors faster than a person could alone, for SendIQ campaigns and for planning websites and search.

Analysis

Working through websites, search data and campaign results to find the patterns worth a closer look.

Drafting support

First drafts and variations of copy, which a person then rewrites and checks.

Checks

Reviewing builds, content and data for errors and inconsistencies before anything goes live.

Personalisation for SendIQ

Tailoring each outbound message to the company receiving it, checked by a person before it’s sent.

Where a person always decides

Strategy, recommendations, final copy, anything sent in your name, and anything that states a fact about your business.

The service side of this, helping AI assistants understand your business, is AI search optimisation on our SEO page.

SendIQ has its own process

Outbound campaigns follow eight steps of their own, from defining the market to handling the replies.

Questions about working with us

All FAQs →

Most at the start, least in the middle. Expect to spend some time in discovery telling us about the business and your customers, then to check and approve work as it’s ready. After that it’s a monthly report and a conversation about it, plus quick replies to the enquiries we help bring in.

From your market, not our service list. We look at whether your buyers search, how many of them there are, what a customer is worth, what you can spend and what you already have. Search-led markets usually start with SEO and Google Ads; small, identifiable markets often start with outbound; a weak website usually comes first either way.

We start with the customers you already have: which are most profitable, easiest to win and most likely to come back, and what they have in common, such as industry, size, location, job role or problem. Then we look for more companies like them, in search data and in company research.

We change it. Monthly reports show what’s producing enquiries and what isn’t, and we test messages, audiences, pages and channels as we go. If something isn’t pulling its weight after a fair test, we tell you, and we move the budget or the effort somewhere better.

Evidence: search data, competitor research, your analytics, campaign performance and research into your market and customers. Where the evidence is thin, we say so and suggest a small test before a big commitment.

By following enquiries through to sales wherever we can. We track where each enquiry came from and, using your CRM or your feedback, which ones became customers and what they were worth. That lets us compare channels on revenue rather than on clicks or followers.

Inside the work, never instead of it. AI helps us research companies and markets, analyse websites and data, and tailor SendIQ messages to each company. A person makes every decision and checks everything before it reaches you or your customers. We don’t sell AI as a separate service.
