SendIQ: we find the companies most likely to buy from you, and approach the right people in them.

SendIQ is DC Digital’s outbound service, for B2B firms that sell to identifiable industries or job roles and want new business that doesn’t depend on referrals. It starts from your market, not from a bought list.

SendIQ is DC Digital’s outbound service. We decide which companies are most likely to buy from you, find the right people in them, research each company and write to them directly, then pass you the replies. It suits B2B firms selling to identifiable industries or job roles, and costs from £1,299 a month plus VAT, with a three-month minimum.

Why outbound marketing, done this way

“Most of our new work comes from referrals.”

What we do

Work out which companies should be buying from you, and approach them directly.

What changes

New conversations that don’t depend on who happens to know you.

“We tried a mass email once. Never again.”

What we do

Fewer, researched messages to companies that fit, from a named sender, with an opt-out in every email.

What changes

Outreach that protects your reputation instead of spending it.

“We can’t justify a business development team yet.”

What we do

Provide the research, the data and the outreach a sales team would need before it made its first call.

What changes

The groundwork of a sales function, without the hires, the software or the subscriptions.

How SendIQ works, from market to reply

Most outreach starts with a list and works forwards. SendIQ starts with your market and works backwards, so the list comes third, not first.

01

Define the market

The industries, regions and sizes of company you can genuinely serve, and which of them are worth the effort.

02

Decide who fits

What your best customers have in common, turned into criteria we can search against.

03

Build the list of companies

Every company that meets the criteria, found, checked and listed.

You get: the data, company by company.

04

Find the right people

The decision-makers in each company, with contact details checked before anything is sent.

05

Research each company

What each company is doing now, so every message has a reason to exist.

06

Write the messages

A short sequence written for your market and personalised to each company.

07

Run the outreach

Messages go out in a planned sequence by email, and on LinkedIn where it suits, from a named sender with an opt-out in every email. Replies start as soon as the campaign is live.

08

Handle the replies and improve

Replies sorted by interest and passed to you, and the campaign adjusted on what they tell us.

You get: every reply, and a monthly report.

What you get from SendIQ

The data

The companies that fit and the right people in each, checked before anything is sent. You receive it as the campaign builds.

The messages

A sequence written for your market and personalised to each company, sent from a named sender, with an opt-out in every email.

The replies, and a monthly report

Every reply passed to you, sorted by how interested the person is, with a monthly report on who was contacted, who replied and what they said.

AI for research and personalisation, checked by a person

AI does the heavy lifting on company research and on tailoring each message. A person checks the list, the research and the messages before anything goes out.

Joined up with your website and search

Good outreach makes people look you up. Your website and search need to be ready when they do, which is why SendIQ sits inside DC Digital rather than on its own: see website design and development and SEO services.

SendIQ suits B2B service firms and construction and the built environment, where buyers can be identified and rarely search for a supplier. For how it fits with everything else, see how we work; for every price, see our prices.

Your first 30 days

Start with the companies you can genuinely help

The first work is deciding who fits, why they should care and what a useful conversation would look like.

This is an outline for the first month, not a fixed delivery timetable. We agree the sequence around your scope, access and approvals. Some work will continue beyond it.

  1. Define the market

Work through your offer, best-fit companies and the people involved in buying. Agree the sectors, locations and exclusions that will guide research.

  2. Prepare the research and messages

Build and check the company research, identify relevant people and draft the messages. Review the evidence behind the claims before approving the approach.

  3. Agree the campaign handover

Confirm the setup, approvals and start date. Decide who will handle replies and how feedback will help refine the campaign once it is running.

Is this the right starting point?

SendIQ suits B2B businesses selling to identifiable companies or roles, with a clear reason for those buyers to talk. It also needs capacity to follow up. It is not a substitute for an offer that customers value.

From £1,299 a month plus VAT

Campaign size, data requirements and research depth affect the scope. Monthly services have a three-month minimum. A start date follows the setup and approval work.

Questions about SendIQ

All FAQs →

Outbound marketing means going to the customer rather than waiting for them to come to you: you decide who you want to sell to and contact them directly, usually by email, phone or LinkedIn. Inbound marketing (search, social, your website) waits to be found. Most businesses need some of both; SendIQ is our outbound half.

Yes, when it’s done properly. Emailing a business at its corporate address is lawful under PECR as long as you say who you are and offer an easy way to opt out. Sole traders and some partnerships count as individuals and need consent first, and UK GDPR still applies to the personal data involved.

A bought list is someone else’s guess at your market, usually out of date and sold to plenty of other people. SendIQ starts from your market: we decide which companies fit, find the right person in each, research the company and write to it specifically. Fewer messages, better aimed, and far less likely to annoy anyone.

Time at the start to explain who you sell to, what a good customer looks like and what makes you worth talking to. Then someone ready to pick up the replies quickly, because a reply that waits a week goes cold, and so does the person who sent it.

Replies start as soon as the campaign goes live. Before that comes the setup: defining the market, deciding who fits, building and checking the list, and writing the messages. We’ll talk through a realistic start date for your campaign on the first call.
