Last updated: 10/10/2026

These terms cover your use of the DC Digital website at dcdigital.uk. Please read them before using the website. By using it, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

These are terms for using our website only. Any work we do for you is covered by a separate agreement between us, not by these terms.

2. Using our website

Our website is free to use. We work hard to keep it available and up to date, but we do not promise that it, or any part of it, will always be available or uninterrupted. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.

You are responsible for the device, software and internet connection you use to visit it. We do not promise that the website is free from bugs or viruses, so please use your own security software.

3. Information and prices on our website

The information on our website is general information about our services and about marketing. It is not advice for your particular business, so please do not rely on it as if it were. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that everything on the website is complete, accurate or current at all times.

The prices on our website are starting prices to help you plan. They exclude VAT, which is added at the current rate. Advertising budgets are paid to the advertising platforms and are not included in our fees. A price on our website is not an offer we are bound by. What we will do for you and what it will cost are agreed with you before any work starts.

Results from marketing depend on many things outside our control, so nothing on our website is a promise of particular results, rankings, enquiries or sales. Results we describe for our clients are what happened for them, with the dates and figures we state, and are not a forecast of what will happen for you.

4. Free website audit

If you ask for a free website audit:

  • please only ask us to review a website you own or are allowed to act for
  • we review the pages of your website that are publicly available when we look at it. We do not need, and will never ask for, your logins
  • the audit is our professional opinion and suggestions, provided free and without obligation. It is not a guarantee, and you decide whether and how to act on it
  • you may use the audit report within your business and share it with the people who work on your website. Please do not publish it or present it as someone else’s work

We may decline an audit request, for example if we cannot access the website.

5. Our content

We own, or have permission to use, the content on our website, including its text, design, graphics, code, the DC Digital and SendIQ names and our logos. Client names, websites and results are shown with our clients’ permission and remain theirs.

You may view, print and share pages for your own reference or to tell others about us, as long as you do not change them and you credit DC Digital. You may not copy, reproduce or republish our content for any other purpose, or use our names or logos, without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

  • break any law, or use it for anything fraudulent or harmful
